Refund policy
At Futura's Studio, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality in every product we offer. While we understand that there may be occasions when a return is necessary, we maintain a stringent returns policy designed to ensure clarity and protect our valued customers and our products. This Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be considered.
Returns Eligibility
Customers may request a return of their purchased items under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within three (3) days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
- Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return, the customer received the wrong item, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and unused condition. Any signs of use, damage, or alterations to the product will void the return eligibility.

Documentation: Customers must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase along with their return request. Incomplete requests will not be processed.

Eligibility: Futura's Studio only accepts returns if the customer received the incorrect product. If the Customer received the correct product and it is broken, first they must prove it is broken, after which they may request a replacement, which will be sent as soon as their request is processed.
Exceptions to Returns
While returns may be initiated under the conditions specified above, please note the following exceptions:
- Damaged Items: Items received in a damaged condition may only be eligible for a return if the damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence clearly showing the damage. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement.
- Defective Items: In the rare case of a defective item, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Documentation of the defect, including photographic evidence, is required for consideration. If verified, we will offer a replacement.
Refunds Policy
Futura's Studio does not issue refunds under any circumstances. If a product is deemed eligible for replacement, we will process a replacement or provide replacement parts as necessary. Customers are encouraged to reach out to our customer service team to explore available options.
