All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping Options & Costs

• Free Shipping – orders above $50

• Standard Tracked Shipping – $18.95

• Insured Tracked Shipping – $24.95

Orders over $50 USD qualify for free standard shipping (automatically applied at checkout).

Estimated Delivery Times

All orders typically arrive within 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, refunds will not be issued due to delays. All orders will arrive, but delivery times may exceed the estimate in rare circumstances.

If your order is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the original shipping timeframe, you are eligible for a $10 refund as a courtesy. To request this, please contact us at futurasstudio@gmail.com with your order number.
