DMCA Takedown Requests
If you are a copyright owner—or authorized to act on behalf of one—and believe that your work is being infringed on our website, please submit a DMCA Notice to futurasstudio@gmail.com including:
1. A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.
2. A description of the material you want removed, along with the exact URL or location of that content.
3. Your full name, title (if acting as an agent), physical address, telephone number, and email.
4. The following statement:
“I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material I am complaining of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
5. The following declaration:
“The information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”
6. A physical or electronic signature.
Once we receive a valid DMCA notice, we will take the appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing content. In serious cases, we may also suspend or terminate user accounts involved in repeated violations.

DMCA Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a **DMCA Counter-Notice** to futurasstudio@gmail.com containing:
1. Your full contact information (name, title if applicable, address, phone number, email).
2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
3. The following statement:
“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.”
4. One of the following consent statements (depending on your location):
If you reside in the U.S.:
“I consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which my address is located.”
If outside the U.S.:
“I consent to the jurisdiction of any United States Federal District Court where Futura’s Studio may be found.”
5. The following declaration:
“I will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or their agent.”
6. Your physical or electronic signature.
If your counter-notice meets the legal requirements, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless they notify us of legal action within 10–14 business days, we may reinstate the content.

Trademark Infringement
To report trademark misuse, include the following in your email to futurasstudio@gmail.com:
* A description of the trademark and the relevant logo or brand element.
* A list of countries where your trademark is registered.
* Trademark registration number(s).
* A screenshot or certificate from the appropriate national IP office.
* The following statement:
“By submitting this notice, I state that I have a good-faith belief that the reported use, in the manner that I have complained of, is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law; that the information contained in this notice is accurate; and, under penalty of perjury, that I am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property rights at issue.”
We will review and respond accordingly.

Namespace Disputes
Conflicts involving brand names, usernames, or account ownership are not governed by the DMCA. These issues must be resolved legally between the involved parties. Futura’s Studio does not act as an arbitrator in such disputes and will only act upon receipt of a valid legal order.
